Tongues of Fire – rosary

Vibrantly bright yellow, orange and red rosary dedicated to the Holy Spirit, and Mary as His spouse.

Please note that each rosary will be unique and the design might change in practice, but not in spirit, over time. Centerpieces and crucifixes might change, but should be noted in the photos. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at!

In the unlikely event that this rosary should break, simply gather all the beads you can find and email me. You only pay for shipping and the replacement of missing parts; major beads and the medals.

Pentecost. The descent of the Holy Spirit. In this rosary walk with Mary and ask her about the Holy Spirit, her spouse. There is an intimate union between Mary and the Spirit that is sometimes forgotten. She is daughter of the Father, Mother of the Son, and spouse of the Spirit.

As you journey from the whites and yellows through to the vibrant reds, reflect on the lukewarmness of your heart, the times you put yourself before God, and bring these to Mary.

As you approach the reds, reflect on the burning passion of Mary and Jesus with their Immaculate and Sacred Heart always depicted with fire because of their great love, and ask Mary to make your heart more like hers, and therefore more like her Son’s. Ask her to fill you with the fire of the Spirit that came down upon her at Pentecost.

And as you transition back to the white, make a resolution, and tell it to Mary, of how you will be better, and ask her to obtain for you the graces to make that possible.

At 16 inches long, with 8mm beads, these rosaries are about the same size as a standard rosary. The rosary is assembled with 49-strand steel beading wire, crimping beads, and wire protectors, so it is super strong.  While I do strength test every rosary, it is still a handmade piece and prone to human error. So, should it break, simply gather all the beads you can find and contact me and I’ll gladly repair it for you for free sans shipping and the replacement of major beads (if you loose the spacers, don’t even worry about it).

Because this rosary is made with stone beads, it has a weight to it and retains ambient cooler room temperate, which is really awesome to feel when you’re praying; it always made me focus more on what I was saying. And then as you pray the stones warm up from your body heat.

The beading wire stretches slightly as it is used (this is normal – it wears in like good leather boots) so you will still be able to slide the beads along as you pray.

I’m so excited to release this rosary! All the pieces came together so well.

Features of the rosary:

Center piece: 1″x3/4″ silver tone Miraculous Medal, double sided

Crucifix: 1-3/4″x1″ silver tone crucifix with flared edges

Hail Mary beads: 11 different beads from agate to jade to czech glass. May vary slightly depending on availability of the beads, but will always have a smooth gradient.

Our Father beads: 10mm ruby red Czech glass with silver bead caps and clear quartz spacers

Spacers: clear czech glass seed

Your Impact

For every order, 10% of all proceeds will go to organizations who provide resources to at risk women before and after birth.

The first is The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford. They area a local organization to me,  providing resources and care for free to women in crisis pregnancies, from ultrasounds to parenting classes to post abortion healing.

The second is the Sisters of Life, a newer religious community founded in 1991 in New York to promote the dignity of every human life. They have houses for women to come live with them during and after their pregnancy as they get back on their feet, as well as counseling for post abortion healing, and other missions.
