Conceived without sin, remaining sinless her whole life, Mary’s heart is as immaculate as these pure white beads. But she doesn’t just sit around, perfect and distant. She remained at the foot of the Cross, and perfectly suffered with our Lord in every blow to His sacred body. She remained intimately close to her God and to John – to us.

It has been described many times that Mary suffered as any martyr suffered as she stood below the Cross. We recount the words of Simeon in the temple “and you yourself a sword will pierce” (Luke 2:35), and the seven sorrows of Mary, four of which occur on the road to Calvary.

Strangely enough, over time these beads maintain their pure whiteness really well because they are clam shells – not porous. But if they get dirty, they remind us how we struggle to even pray well. Our prayers are imperfect even from one Ave to the next. But Mary takes all of our prayers, cherishing them simply for our goodwill in trying, perfects them, and brings them to the seat of Jesus and there perfectly intercedes for our petitions. This happens every time we pray a rosary.

Do you struggle to stay focused during a rosary? During any prayer? With the busyness of life our minds can’t stop thinking of that thing we should’ve said, the friend we have to call, that deadline that’s approaching, that argument we had, those groceries we need to buy, the dirty laundry we have to do, that shower we have to take. But we were not made for this life; we were made for Heaven. Every decision you make is either bringing you closer to heaven or closer to hell.

Remember your destiny in Heaven and remember that you have a Mother in Mary who wants to take away all your worries. When you get distracted in prayer instead of getting frustrated, tell your distraction to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Ask her for help. And then put aside the distraction and focus again. Be at peace with your littleness and trust.

At 16 inches long, with 8mm beads, these rosaries are about the same size as a standard rosary. The rosary is assembled with 49-strand steel beading wire, crimping beads, and wire protectors, so it is super strong.

Because this rosary is made with stone beads, it has a weight to it and retains ambient cooler room temperate, which is really awesome to feel when you’re praying; it always made me focus more on what I was saying. And then as you pray the stones warm up from your body heat.

Please remember that all things can break with excessive use. Under normal, conscientious use, this rosary will last a very long time, but, for instance, if you keep this rosary in a tight pocket every day, all day and get it crushed under you or against something, the small glass spacers can break and the steel wire will be under strain and can stretch and even break.

These repairs can be made, and I would be delighted to do so, but as time goes on, I might not have extra beads or I might be gone. So do be gentle and take good care of your rosary.

I’m so excited to release this rosary! All the pieces came together so well.

Your Impact

For every order, 10% of all proceeds will go to organizations who provide resources to at risk women before and after birth.

The first is The Pregnancy Care Center of Rockford. They area a local organization to me,  providing resources and care for free to women in crisis pregnancies, from ultrasounds to parenting classes to post abortion healing.

The second is the Sisters of Life, a newer religious community founded in 1991 in New York to promote the dignity of every human life. They have houses for women to come live with them during and after their pregnancy as they get back on their feet, as well as counseling for post abortion healing, and other missions.
